Pre-pregnancy I ran around 20 miles a week, and did an addition strength days a week. I hope my review helps you! That said, I loved it, loved it, loved it. I became 60 pounds overweight when I went to college, and it has taken me about 10 years to completely take off the weight. I purchased Expecting More and could not be more pleased with the program. It does a good job working shoulders and your lower body groups.
I think this is a very good DVD for the Zumba beginner.

As an aside, I really like the way his programs show what muscle groups are the focus of the "work" you're about to do, the geek in me likes seeing that, and it does help me evaluate my form and technique. Learning the moves is a small workout but the other dvds are phenomenal! The directions and cueing were excellent. The lower body is also very good. Okay, okay, I fell for the infomercial.
